Pig Out Roast Event

Celebrate Independence Day with a good ol’ fashioned hoedown at Muss and Turner's on July 3, 2012!
WHO: Chef Dameren & Crew with special guest appearence by Chef Todd Mussman
WHAT: 5 courses of shuck’in and pig pickin’ $39.93 pp
WHEN: July 3rd, 2012 (Seating Times: 5:30pm, 7:00pm, 9:00pm)

5 courses for only 39.93 per person
Children under 10 are only $7.93
Course 1: Heirloom Tomato Salad, Tasso Ham, Cucumber, Red Onion, Arugula, Cilantro, Avocado Vinaigrette
Course 2: Grilled Apalachicola Oysters, Pork Belly, Spicy Pique
Course 3: Brunswick Stew, Rabbit, Pork Shoulder, Tomato, Corn, Lima Beans
Course 4: Caja China Roasted Pork, Coffee & Molasses Smoked Beef Brisket, Mac & Cheese, Collards
Course 5: Peach Cobbler, Goat Cheese Ice Cream, Balsamic Syrup, Bacon Sprinkles
Don’t forget the cornbread with black pepper bacon honey (amazing)
Get a plate of mac & cheese, beef brisket or pork, collards, fruit, cornbread and a freezy pop for dessert
